Dr. Tiffany Boury is a professor at Franciscan University of Steubenville, her research is in international education, civic, and school leadership. She has led Franciscan University in establishing international educational partnerships in Kowloon, Hong Kong, and Erbil, Iraq. Read more about Dr. Boury’s critical involvement with the Catholic community in Erbil, Iraq during the first ever papal visit to the area as part of the delegation from Franciscan University that was invited by Archbishop Warda to attend the historic event.
In 2017, she was named the recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Award from Franciscan University and 2020 the Excellence in Service Award. She has contributed to the Center for Leadership as a session facilitator for undergraduates. She is a Board member for the Aim Women’s Crisis Pregnancy Center.
Dr. Boury’s latest role as Senior International Officer is in conjunction with Franciscan University’s Strategic Plan to develop, facilitate, and maintain global partnerships that will benefit academic development, mission opportunities, and career prospects for Franciscan students. In this position, Dr. Boury will promote global professional opportunities for the faculty, staff, and alumni of Franciscan University of Steubenville.
