Dr. Stephen C. Miller
Associate Professor of Accounting, Business Administration, and Economics
Prior to joining Franciscan University, Stephen Miller was the Adams Bibby Chair of Free Enterprise in the Manuel H. Johnson Center for Political Economy at Troy University. From 2006 to 2015, he was on the economics faculty at Western Carolina University.
His current research focuses on economic inequality and labor policy, and has been published in several academic journals, including Public Choice, Intelligence, Critical Review, and Public Opinion Quarterly.
He and his wife Beth have been married for 26 years and have six children.
