Diego Araujo ’17
Social Work
Diego Araujo is a youth and young adult minister at Most Precious Blood Parish in Brooklyn. In daily encounters, he works to build trust and confidence in inner-city youth, drawing upon skills he learned from his social work degree. While at Franciscan, Araujo served as a resident assistant. A mission trip to the Bronx solidified his desire to be minister in New York City, and he credits his professors and Knights of the Holy Queen Household with solid formation that he can pass on to youth in the secular world.
