“While at Franciscan, I was blessed to be able to co-author a faith and fellowship curriculum for elementary school girls as well as to present this curriculum at multiple professional conferences. After graduating, I received the opportunity to submit an article about this program’s catechetical and evangelistic roles to a national Catholic education journal. I have also been able to gain leadership experience and collaborative opportunities in my school, such as Sacramental preparation in partnership with local parishes and overseeing school-wide prayer services. My education at Franciscan University has enabled me to advocate for myself and my students’ needs, strengthen my classroom community, and integrate my faith into every aspect of my day.”
